What we collect

We collect information you submit through our forms — such as your name, email, phone number, and project details — and basic analytics data (only after you consent to cookies).

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, and improve our website. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics load only after you accept them via our consent prompt: Google Analytics for traffic, and Microsoft Clarity for anonymised heatmaps and session replays that help us improve pages (text you type into forms is masked). You can decline, and the site will function normally without analytics.

Advertising

Our blog and public test pages may show ads served by Google AdSense, clearly labelled as advertisements. Until you accept cookies, only non-personalised ads are requested. Google's use of advertising cookies is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and you can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. Ads never appear inside an assessment or on pages an organisation uses for its own candidates.

Third-party services

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, and spam protection uses Google reCAPTCHA. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
