Monitoring that escalates, so the heaviest check almost never runs
Most platforms stream every frame of a candidate's webcam to an API. Ours starts on the candidate's own device, where nothing is uploaded at all, and only escalates when there is a reason to.
- Stage 1
On the candidate's device
Face detection runs locally in the browser. No video and no images are uploaded, only the conclusion. This is the check that runs continuously.

A still frame is kept
Only when the on-device check sees something worth keeping is a single still frame stored. A quiet exam stores almost nothing.

The heaviest check runs last and least, and only on a frame an earlier stage already flagged. Your plan's allowance is applied server-side.

Predictable by design, not by promise
Every limit is enforced on our servers, not in the browser, so a noisy exam cannot quietly escalate into a larger bill and a misbehaving detector cannot run without a ceiling. You know what an assessment involves before you run it, and a candidate with a slow connection or a dim room never costs more than one sitting in perfect conditions.
It reports, it does not accuse
The model is asked what is visible in one frame, not whether someone cheated. A photo on the wall, a reflection, a poster: explicitly not a second person.
Every point is traceable
No black box. Each integrity point comes from a named signal with a fixed weight you can read, so any score can be explained to a candidate or an auditor.
A bad room is not a bad candidate
When a frame is too dim or blurred to judge, the finding is suppressed rather than counted. Poor lighting does not accumulate suspicion.
One candidate, one device, for the whole exam
The oldest trick in remote assessment is a second screen with a friend on it. This closes that, and it does not rely on a browser fingerprint anyone can forge.
- A secret the server issues and the browser cannot read, so it cannot be copied to a second machine.
- Choose the device type: any, laptop and desktop only, or phone and tablet only.
- A second device is refused before it ever sees a question.
- A finished paper is never thrown away. A submission always lands; the mismatch goes on the report.

Candidate locked out mid-exam?
